SupplierSync is operated by Flow Systems (“we”, “us”), Belgium. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SupplierSync monitors supplier product pages you nominate and, when a product appears sold out, pauses the Meta ad set you have linked and sets the linked Shopify product’s inventory to zero. It acts only on the connections and products you configure.
You must own, or be authorised to manage, the Meta ad account and Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the product ↔ ad set ↔ SKU mappings you create. We act on those mappings automatically.
Stock detection relies on third-party page scraping and an automated reading of that page. It can be wrong or delayed. We do not guarantee that every out-of-stock event is caught, nor that a pause or inventory change succeeds. Where a stock read is uncertain we err toward leaving your ads running. You remain responsible for your ad spend and your fulfilment.
SupplierSync is a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. Payment is handled by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Do not use SupplierSync to interfere with accounts you do not control, to violate Meta’s or Shopify’s terms, or to attempt to access other customers’ data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost ad spend, or indirect or consequential loss.
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, abuse, or legal reasons. You may delete your account at any time; doing so removes your stored tokens and product configuration.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Belgium.
